Physicals:  State guidelines mandate that all athletes must have a physical before trying out for any team. It is important to note that physicals are only valid for one year from the issue date; therefore, to ensure your child meets the requirements for the entire school year, we recommend that you schedule this physical in May 2010. The physical form is located on the Liberty Athletic website (look now at the Quick Links--left sidebar--OHSAA Physical Form and click to get the form downloaded at your home) as well as in the front office. 

Fees: Next year the participation fee will be $200 per sport with no family cap.  This fee must be paid by the end of the first week of practice.
