2010-2011 School Year

Before any athlete can participate in Lakota athletics, they must have:

·         A current physical, signed & dated, by a physician on file with our office.  (Physicals are valid for one calendar year.)  Parents may obtain a physical from their doctor or Urgent Care facility.  (Call the athletic office for Urgent Care locations.)

·         An Emergency Medical Authorization Form signed and dated, by parents/guardians.

The 2010-2011 athletic fees are $200.00 for junior school students and $300.00 for high school students. Fees will be collected at the “Meet the Team” meeting.  Coaches will announce the date.

Tryouts May 21st, at 3:30 PM, starting with 8^th grade until all girls have tried out. 

Clinic, May 17^th thru 20^th, 4:30 – 6 PM at Ridge Jr. School.  Attendance is mandatory to make the squad.
