Do you have questions about Lakota’s finances? Share them via ThoughtExchange through Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. Jenni Logan, Lakota’s treasurer and CFO, will answer top questions in her presentation during next week’s community conversation on district finances.

With an annual budget of more than $175 million, there’s lots of interest in where the money comes from and how it’s used to provide an education for our 17,000 students. Join us for our next community conversation on Dec. 1 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Plains Junior School.

We’ll start the evening with a short overview from Jenni Logan, Lakota's treasurer/CFO, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information on district finances. The rest of the time will be spent in conversation with your neighbors and school leaders, including school board members, the superintendent and CFO. You’ll get a chance to share your thoughts about the district’s finances and hear what others think as well.

To help us plan the space accordingly, please RSVP by Nov. 29.
