Andrea BlevinsLakota Local Schools is pleased to welcome a current Lakota leader into her new position as the principal at Endeavor Elementary. Pending school board approval, Ridge Junior Assistant Principal Andrea Blevins will move into her new role for the start of the 2017-2018 school year.

Prior to joining Ridge Junior’s team last year, she worked at Middletown City Schools as an elementary principal and academic coach. Early in her career, she taught language arts and social studies at the junior high level.

“It was clear to me that Ms. Blevins is one of our rising stars in Lakota and I’m excited to have her in this role,” said Lakota Superintendent Matt Miller. “She stood out in a very competitive talent pool and I think our students, families and staff at Endeavor will like her balanced approach to having an academic focus and building a strong community.”

Blevins graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education and two master’s degrees in elementary reading and school administration.
