LJS Receives Excellent Rating 9th Year in a Row!

Liberty Junior School received an Excellent rating from the Ohio Department of Education on its annual report card for the 9th year in a row. The Lakota School District received an Excellent with Distinction rating. Our building index was 103.3 and AYP was met due to value added scores. Last year our attendance was also at 96.8 percent. The LJS curriculum nights will begin at 7:00 PM. Parents will walk their child's class schedule, meet the teacher, and hear about the curriculum for each class. The seventh grade night is on September 14 with the eighth grade on September 20.

Gifted Will Not be Offering PSAT to 7th and 8th Graders

The Lakota School District will not be offering the PSAT this year to 7th or 8th graders. Lakota has had the loss of two consultants and does not have the staff or funds to hire proctors to hold the testing. Interested students may go to Centerville High who is hold it on a Saturday (check with the school) and possibly Warren County Educational Service Center.


PTO Collecting Ink Cartridges and Used Cell Phones
