Lakota Vision
All Lakota students will achieve to their fullest potential.

Strategies
The following strategies have been identified to guide the initiatives and direction of the district toward accomplishment of the District vision. A status report on the progress of meeting strategic plan goals will be provided the Board each February.

Strategy 1: Lakota Will Engage Each Student in an Educational Program That Challenges Him/Her

Overall measures will be recorded and reported in three essential areas crossing all strategies. The essential areas critical to accomplishing the Lakota Vision include Student Achievement in All Aspects of Student Life, Student Engagement in all Aspects of Student Life and Student Pathways to Success. Specific measures or performance indicators, data sources and goals are identified for each critical area.
