As we prepare for the eventual transition to a new notification system that will better serve our district’s needs for school-to-home communications, we are pointing all parents and guardians to their personal Home Access Center (HAC) account to make any necessary updates to their email or phone numbers throughout the school year. 


While we work toward a more automated solution for tracking staff phone numbers for receiving staff-related school and district phone calls and text messages, staff can submit any changes or additions to the phone numbers currently listed in their School Messenger staff account using this staff phone number change request form


As of Sept. 10, 2021, the parent/staff portal and app powered by School Messenger is no longer being used to update contact information. Staff and parents can still log into their School Messenger account to view an archive of all district and school communications from the last 30 days. 


As communicated, the Back-to-School Gateway will replace HAC as the medium for updating parent/guardian contact information during the back-to-school season. This platform helps parents verify a range of data points the district has on file for our children and their families, including contact information.
