Convergence Research is currently hiring part-time interns to verify REAL criminal background checks!

Convergence Research is a top growing firm in the background check industry that specializes in criminal and civil research. A position at Convergence would allow interns to learn about criminal terminology while also gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment. Interns would be responsible for:

• Checking background checks to ensure clarity and accuracy while also adhering to industry standards
• Comprehending various client rules and specifications to tailor background checks to fit specific needs
• Ensuring training guidelines and materials are followed and understood before altering records

The ideal candidate should have a/an:

• High attention to detail with the ability to focus on numerical and non-numerical data
• General computer knowledge
• Ability to analytically think and analyze information
• Desire to learn more about the criminal industry and criminal information

Internship Schedule:

This experience is best suited for students who have senior flex or afternoon hours available. Ideal start time would be 1:30pm
