Huntington Learning Center Teaching Assistant Internship

Student intern will assist the teachers who are working with our students in the center.  They will interact with our students by listening to them read, input scores into the student’s progress record, and other tasks associated with a student session.  They will assist teachers who are working with 1^st graders all the way through high school.

The goal of the internship is to give students a real-world teaching experience as they determine if teaching is a desired career path.  They will work with an experienced and certified teacher and will go through a modified version of the Huntington Learning Center teacher training.
