Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends district-approved digital flyers directly to parents' inboxes once a week (every Wednesday). Parents are able to easily find and view flyers and take action immediately to sign up for your activities and events. A quick link to current Peachjar flyers is also prominently displayed on the district and individual school websites.
This service is available to nonprofit or for-profit organizations promoting an enrichment opportunity for Lakota students. There is also an option to directly reach Lakota staff members. Please be advised that Peachjar charges a fee for this service, but only if the program you are promoting requires payment to participate or offers an opportunity to purchase a product or service. Free account status allows a qualifying organization (one promoting a free program and not advertising a purchased product or service) to send one flyer each month at no charge. Register with Peachjar as a "Program Provider" and upload your flyer for distribution to your desired school(s) and/or Lakota staff. In your account, you will be able to add call-to-action buttons such as “Call” and “Sign Up Now” for parents to interact directly with your flyer. You will also have the ability to view flyer metrics to monitor your flyer campaigns.
After your flyer has been submitted through Peachjar, it will be routed automatically to Lakota's Central Office for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging, full-color image to all parents who have their email address on file at the district. It will also be posted to the respective school websites that you select.
