Summer Food Service Program Begins May 31, Free/Reduced Meal Application Opens July 10
The Lakota Local School District, in partnership with the Faith Alliance, is participating in the USDA’s Summer Food Service Program this year. Meals will be provided daily to all children (ages 18 and younger and individuals with disabilities through age 21) - free of charge and regardless of income - beginning May 31 through Aug. 1 (except for July 3&4). The summer program is funded through the USDA and implemented at no cost to the district.
Summer meals will be distributed at five different locations according to the following schedule:
Lakefront @ West Chester (Clubhouse)
4637 Wyndtree Dr., West Chester
11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (M-F)
Princeton Village (Front Entrance)
8953 Princeton Glendale Rd., West Chester
11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. (M-F)
Meadow Ridge Apartments (Playground)
5270 Aster Park Dr., West Chester
11:10 a.m. - 11:40 a.m. (M-F)
Woodland Elementary School (Lot by Front Entrance)
6923 Dutchland Parkway, Liberty Twp.
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. (M-F)
Boys & Girls Club (Front entrance) *

**Meals served June 5 – July 28 (except for June 19 & July 4)
Per the USDA standards, all food distributed via the Summer Food Service Program must be consumed on the premises. There is no criteria to participate and pre-registration is not required.

2023-2024 Free & Reduced Meal Applications
Families are reminded to re-apply for free or reduced meal prices for the 2023-2024 school year. Applications must be submitted on an annual basis and to qualify for next school year, you must submit your free/reduced application AFTER July 10, 2023.
