2025 Financial Prospectus Coming Soon

Several times a year, Lakota produces a community newsletter to help parents and residents gain a deeper understanding of our schools and stay informed about important district-wide updates. The piece is mailed to all homes and businesses in West Chester and Liberty townships. 

The annual Financial Prospectus offers an in-depth look into Lakota’s finances each spring, with the goal of helping taxpayers comprehend how “WE are Fiscally Responsible” - a key component of Lakota’s strategic plan. The publication features a special introductory note from Treasurer/CFO Adam Zink and details not just Lakota’s revenue sources and spending priorities, but also how these areas compare to other neighboring and comparable school districts across Ohio.

Discover how Lakota is responsibly managing our taxpayers’ funds and how Zink and his team are prioritizing fiscal responsibility and the District’s long-term financial stability. Additionally, the 2025 edition takes a deeper dive into the projected financial implications of Lakota's Master Facilities Plan, which offers a solution to the District's long-range planning for how our facilities will best support students' future educational needs.

The prospectus will be mailed mid-May. If you do not receive a copy at your residence or if you require extra copies, please reach out to Lakota’s School and Community Relations Department at lakota@lakotaonline.com. Copies will also be available at all Lakota schools.
