Final Forms- IMPORTANT INFO

All students need to have their Final Forms Completed by Friday September 1st.  These forms contain their medical emergency form, device usage agreements and more.  In an effort to assist families who may be having difficulties using OneLogin to gain access to things such as HAC and Final Forms, our office will be open from 3:30-6 on August 29th just prior to Curriculum Night.  If you are having difficulties with such programs, please feel free to stop in the school office during these times to get assistance.  If you need assistance or have questions prior to the 29th, please contact our Office Manager, Jen Bielefeld.
