Hello Preschool Parents and Families!

We are full of gratitude around Lakota Preschool!

I wanted to share our thanks to those families that were able to participate in our recent Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser. Please remember to pick up your orders on Tuesday, November 12th from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at the Texas Roadhouse West Chester location. (7309 Kingsgate way) You must come inside the restaurant to the indoor waiting area. 

As a follow up to the fundraiser, we will be hosting a Dine to Donate evening. We would love to see you at Texas Roadhouse in West Chester on Tuesday, November 12th from 3:00 pm- 10:00 pm for our Dine to Donate night. Make sure to bring the Dine to Donate flier shared in the link or by your child’s teacher or service provider; 20% of the sales from the evening will be coming back to Lakota Preschool, directly benefiting our students and staff. 

Additionally, I would like to express another thank you for the delicious treats some of you provided for Parent Conference Night. Your contributions helped the staff end the night on a sweet note! 

For VanGorden Preschool Parents who drop off for the AM session, please be aware that on Monday, the 11th, traffic and parking around Vangorden Elementary will be impacted by a special event taking place. We kindly ask that parents follow all adult directions during arrival and drop-off to ensure the safety and efficiency of the process.

On a side note, as the weather gets colder, please ensure your children are dressed appropriately for the changing temperatures. Layering clothes can help keep them comfortable whether it’s warm or chilly throughout the day.
