FinalForms and OneLogin Update

The following email was sent to parents and guardians on July 6 regarding the upcoming move to FinalForms for back-to-school form completion.

Dear Lakota Parents and Guardians,

While summer is still in full swing, we wanted to remind you about the expansion of two popular tools for you: OneLogin and FinalForms. These changes, which are scheduled to launch mid-July, will save time and increase efficiency for you when accessing online tools and completing district forms.

OneLogin
We understand that our teachers and schools use a wide range of online tools, which can be overwhelming for our families. OneLogin is our one-stop solution for students and families to access logins and links to Lakota’s online learning tools. 

The district will continue to phase out older login options, so parents are asked to please use OneLogin as the starting point to access any district online tools. 

Please note: Home Access Center (HAC) logins have been moved exclusively to OneLogin this summer. You will no longer be able to login to the traditional HAC login page. The eSchoolPLUS Family app will now also require you to sign on through OneLogin. 

FinalForms
As we shared with you in May, the district is moving to FinalForms for online completion of school forms for the 2022-2023 school year. FinalForms has been used by our athletic departments for years, as well as hundreds of Ohio schools. The positive feedback we have received from our families already using FinalForms played a role in this decision.

FinalForms will also allow you to update contact information anytime, automatically updating our school systems daily. Please note contact modification will no longer be available in Home Access Center once FinalForms becomes available in just a few weeks.

As with our other online tools, parents and guardians will access FinalForms through OneLogin.

How Can Parents and Guardians Prepare?
To prepare for these upcoming changes, we encourage you to confirm you can login to OneLogin (https://lakota.onelogin.com) with your district provided account to access FinalForms, Home Access Center (HAC), Canvas, SeeSaw (K-2) and other district parent guardian applications. Please see below for login assistance:

• Can’t access OneLogin: Please confirm your Lakota username format as described on the OneLogin page. 
• Don’t remember your password: Please click “Forgot Password”, enter your Lakota username and follow the steps. A reset email will be sent to your personal email address on file with Lakota, including steps to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM or Junk email folders.
• Don’t know the personal email address on record at Lakota: Please contact your student's school office for a password reset.

We appreciate the continued partnership with parents and guardians and look forward to increasing your ease of access and completion of our digital offerings. Once FinalForms officially opens for our families, we will send another communication.
