College Credit Plus Information

COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS INFORMATION:

If your student has signed up for a CCP course next year, please ensure that all of the steps to register for that class are completed (Intent form and College application completed). Please see below for more information.

CCP INTENT FORM
This must be submitted each year by APRIL 1st even if you are currently a CCP student

24/25 CCP INTENT FORM

Failure to complete and submit the 24/25 CCP Intent form by April 1st will result in the course being removed from your requests for the 24/25 school year.

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED STEPS TO PARTICIPATE IN CCP

All College Credit Plus participants must also submit a College Credit Plus application to the college partner for the course.  Below is a list of CCP courses being offered at Lakota East for the 24/25 school year and the college partner associated with the course.  The CCP college application MUST be submitted by MAY 1st.  Failure to complete and submit the application by May 1st will result in the course being removed from 24/25 course requests.
