Background Check & Fingerprinting
Every Lakota employee must be fingerprinted and receive BCI and FBI background checks before working in our district.
The procedure can be done at the Lakota Human Resources office or you can provide a fingerprinting certificate from another source per the guidelines below. As a subject of a national fingerprint-based criminal history record check for a noncriminal justice purpose, you have certain rights (read more).

Fingerprinting and badges are by appointment only; you must call 513-644-1193 to schedule in advance.
The Human Resources office is generally open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
