Frontline’s Absence Management (AESOP) is used to manage employee absences. If an employee is going to be absent from work for sick, personal or professional development reasons the absence must be entered AESOP.

The salary to which an employee is entitled under his/her individual contract with the Board will be paid in twenty-four (24) equal installments according to the salary schedule beginning with the first pay period of the school year and ending with the last period of the school year. Direct deposit is required for all employees.
SafeSchools is the online compliance training system used by Lakota to conduct needed training. The trainings may be required annually, every two years, or less often.
