Non-public students, who reside in the Lakota school district where they would normally receive transportation to their assigned Lakota school, may be eligible to receive transportation to an alternate school of choice.
Families may request transportation by completing the registration form below. The form must be completed by June 1 prior to the start of the new school year in order to determine eligibility and route details. Some requests may not be fulfilled based on bus driver availability, the practicality of the route based on the quantity of requests per school and other factors. The Transportation Department will contact each family to communicate eligibility or alternative options.
In case of inclement weather, buses to alternate schools of choice will follow Lakota's delay or closure schedule.
