Future Academic Calendars

When drafting the following year's academic calendar, Lakota administration partners with members of the District Parent Council. The group considers many different factors, including everything from scheduled state assessments and other state mandates to observed holidays and staff training days. 

Every May, look for an opportunity to review the draft academic calendar for the following calendar year. Lakota staff, students, parents and community members are invited to provide feedback before a final recommendation is presented to the Lakota Board of Education for approval.
