Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place! 

To view digital flyers promoting student enrichment opportunities being offered by the district, your school and our community specific to your grade band, simply select your school below or click the quick link from your school's homepage. Parents also automatically receive an email every Wednesday detailing the newest e-flyer opportunities, where you will be able to click to register for youth sports, enrichment programs and community events.

A Peachjar account with your own personal username and password is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to log in to receive or view school digital flyers. Visit Peachjar's sign up page to access your account. 

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first digital flyer, be sure to click “always display images."

This system is used exclusively for distribution of district-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well-informed about school and community programs, activities and events.

Log Into Your Parent Peachjar Account

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours!Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends district-approved digital flyers directly to parents' inboxes once a week (every Wednesday). There are many benefits to using Peachjar — clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website and flyer performance reports, not to mention the time saved driving school to school!  

This service is available to non-profit or for-profit organizations promoting an enrichment opportunity for Lakota students. There is also an option to directly reach Lakota staff members.

Please be advised that Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. This fee is waived if the program you are promoting does not require payment to participate or does not offer an opportunity to purchase a product or service. Free account status allows a qualifying organization to send one flyer each month at no charge. Review Peachjar's free flyer policy for qualifying organizations. 

To submit your flyer for district approval:

1. Review our Flyer Approval Guidelines. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed unless as dictated by a separate agreement.
2. Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar's website.
3. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more.
4. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer. Direct it to your desired school(s) and/or Lakota staff and set the distribution date for any future Wednesday (flyers are only distributed on this day.) 

After your flyer has been submitted through Peachjar, it will be routed automatically to Lakota's Central Office for approval, then emailed as a visually engaging, full-color image to all parents who have their email address on file at the district. It will also be posted to the respective school websites that you select.

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyer board for your selected duration of time. Register your organization with Peachjar

The following guidelines must be met for flyers to be considered for electronic distribution:  

Flyer Content

• Promotes an activity or enrichment opportunity for Lakota students that supports the basic educational mission of Lakota Schools and/or benefits the community in a positive manner. 
   
• If targeted to staff, flyer must announce instructional opportunities or promotional offers. 
   
• Flyer Includes the name and contact information of the sponsoring entity. 
   
• If submitted from a non-district affiliated organization, approval does not imply Lakota's endorsement of any identified product and/or service and therefore contains the disclaimer: ”This material was prepared by (name of organization) and is not sponsored or endorsed by the Lakota Local School District or any Lakota School.”
   
• Does not promote a political interest or view or a position on any issue subject to an election unless the information has been approved by the Superintendent or designee. 
   
• Does not promote any commercial activity in which a Lakota employee is engaged or in which the employee or family member of the employee has an ownership interest, unless it promotes a student enrichment opportunity. In these cases, the employee must submit the flyer like any other community organization via an independent Peachjar account where charges may apply. 
   
• Organizations promoting an event or program that encourages or requires a fee or the opportunity to purchase products or services are subject to the fee structure set forth by Peachjar. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more.
   
• Does not violate: Board Policy 8800 (Religious Patriotic Ceremonies and Observances), Board Policy 9700 (Relations with Special Interest Groups, Adverstising & Commercial Activities; and Distribution of Materials) and/or Administrative Guidelines 5723 (Student Rights of Expression).  
   

Format

• Submitted in a PDF format.
   
• The specified posting date should be for a Wednesday to align with Lakota's weekly distribution schedule of newly approved e-flyers. If the posting date is not a Wednesday, the flyer will be distributed on the Wednesday following the requested posting date. For example, if the submitted posting date falls on a Monday, the flyer would be distributed on the following Wednesday. Flyer must be submitted before noon on the desired posting date to be included in that week's distribution. 
   

School or District Flyers

• A school may use its Peachjar account to distribute a flyer referencing a commercial, for-profit organization if it represents a partnership or fundraiser with the school or an official school support group like a school's PTO or PTA. In these cases, the flyer should be primarily about the partnership or fundraiser, as opposed to a standard commercial notice that primarily advertises the commercial business.
