Lakota uses an online platform called ThoughtExchange to regularly engage our community by gathering input on different topics. The tool encourages participants to share their own thoughts by answering a single question and then rate others’ thoughts according to how strongly you agree. As a district, we use the results to gauge the most popular opinions and prioritize our work accordingly.
