- Lakota Local SD - This is the Lakota Schools in Sandusky County. This not our Lakota. If you selected the wrong Lakota and a student was added, delete the student and go back through the "Add Student / Staff" process and select Lakota Local (Butler County) as the District.

- Payment methods accepted by Office Staff or Bursar's Office:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card (not available in cafeteria lines)

Can parents transfer a meal account balance between students?
Yes, balance transfers can be made by filling out this form and submitting it to the Child Nutrition department.
Will funds left on my EZpay account transfer to my PaySchools Central account?
- All meal balances paid on EZPay have been transferred over to PaySchools Central as of July 25, 2024.
- You are able to add additional funds to meal balance accounts through PaySchools Central.
- If a student graduated before the 2024-2025 school year, and they had a meal balance in their EZpay account, we are not able to move those funds to other students in PaySchools Central because the graduated student did not transfer to the new program.
- All account balances over $5 at graduation were refunded to the parent of record earlier this summer. For balances under $5, you can request for a refund of these balances through Lakota’s Child Nutrition Department.
- Select the link under the Refund or Movement of Funds heading.
- Complete the form and return it to the Child Nutrition department for processing.

The district does not allow accumulated charges, same as years past. All charges will be updated daily to reflect the current meal balances of your children with Lakota School District. I have questions about Pay-to-Participate fees.
Marching Band
- All Student Fees will be paid through PaySchools Central as of June 17, 2024.
- Due to the timing of the PaySchools transition, East High Marching Band and West High Marching Band are out of sync with the billing cycles. This will only affect the 2024-2025 fees.
- Participation fees increased for the 2024-2025 school year from $200 to $300 per participant.
- Both East and West have billed for the Marching Band Deposit for the 2024-2025 school year, which was billed at $100.
- West High has not billed the Participation Fee for Marching Band for the 2024-2025 school year. The Participation Fee will bill the remaining fee amount of $200.
- East High has already billed a portion of the Participation Fee but the bill amount was only for $100. We are currently working on billing for the remaining balance of the Participation fee of $100 to ensure all students are billed the $300 total for the Pay to Participate fees for 2024-2025 school year.
Fall Sports
- With the transition over to the new PaySchools Central fee payment platform, we have been working on assigning fees for Pay to Participate for fall sports. We are working on assigning the fees as soon as possible and have spoken with the Athletic Directors (ADs) of both East and West High on this timing of assigning the fees. The ADs are directing all coaches to give an additional grace period for parents to pay the fees as soon as the fees are assigned to the students’ accounts.
- Any additional information will be provided by the ADs once the fees are assigned for the fall season.
Am I able to see the transaction history from EZPay?
Unfortunately, the transaction history from EZpay does not carry over to PaySchools Central.
If there are questions about meal balance payment history, please reach out to Lakota's Child Nutrition department.
If there are questions about fee payments, please contact the office manager at the building where the fee originated.

- At this time, PaySchools Central Support does not have a timeframe for when the mobile app will be supported for our district. We will update all parents as more news comes to us about the mobile app.
