NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING / BOARD RETREAT

 
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(F) and Section 3313.16, notice is hereby given that the Lakota Local School District Board of Education will hold two Special Board Meetings on Oct. 1, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. and Oct. 2, 2026, at 8 a.m.

Lakota YMCA
6703 Yankee Road
Liberty Township, Ohio 45044 
 
Purpose of the Meetings: 

1. To hold a School Board Retreat with the Superintendent and Treasurer for the purpose of professional development, strategic planning, board governance, and district goal setting. 

Official minutes of this meeting will be recorded. While the Board does not anticipate taking formal action, it reserves the right to transact any other public business that may lawfully come before the Board within the scope of this stated purpose.
